The motorization

The generator

• The alternator is made of 100% copper in order to allow a sustainable production of quality electricity
• The unit is equipped with an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) system with a variation margin of 1.5% (most of our competitors offer units with AVR at 5%)
• The AVR delivers a pure sinusoidal signal for a quality of electricity perfectly adapted to the needs of the devices that you will connect to it, even sensitive ones such as cell phones, computers etc.
• The generator delivers 230 V in single phase as well as 400 V in three phase
• Maximum power in 230V : 5200W / 400V : 6400W
• Rated power in 230V: 4800W / 400V: 6000W

The generator of this genset can withstand phase imbalances of 100%, up to a limit of one third of the total power of the genset per phase.

The control panel

• Equipped with an electronic display allowing to control the voltage, the amperage, the number of hours of use.
• 1 x 400V/32A three-phase outlet, 1 x 230V/32A single-phase outlet
• ATS connection for automatic start in case of power failure
• Auto" connection system for connection to a photovoltaic system without additional box
• 2 keys for electric start
• 2 thermal circuit breakers for safety.

The starting system

• The electric starter allows an immediate and effortless start. If necessary, the starter can also be started manually with the classic rope starter.
• The start-up can also be done automatically by TTY, for this you will need the ATS 230V or 400V box
• the start can also be done remotely by connecting a remote control to the TTY socket

The fuel

• The large 14-liter tank provides enough autonomy to work all day

Transportation

• The frame is made of large diameter steel tube
• An optional wheel kit is available for easy movement
• Silent-blocks are present to avoid vibrations

Safety and environmental protection

The generator Kompak K8000LE-T is equipped with multiple SAFETY systems.

• OIL LEVEL SAFETY: if the oil level is too low, the engine will automatically shut down.
• OVERHEAT SAFETY: if the operating temperature rises abnormally, the motor will automatically shut down.
• OVERLOAD SAFETY: If the system detects an overload level that is too high, the output current is stopped while keeping the motor running.

The start-up

• Just fill up with diesel and conventional 4-stroke oil (15W40, 1.6 liter)
• Be sure to put in enough oil because the engine is equipped with a safety device, and if the oil level is too low, the engine will not start
• Check that the battery is connected, open the fuel supply and start the engine by turning the ignition key
• The electric starter allows an immediate and effortless start. If necessary, the start can also be done manually with the classic rope starter

Maintenance

• After 20 hours of use: change the oil + the 3 filters.
• Repeat the operation every 100 hours.
