The motorization

• The alternator is made of 100% copper in order to allow a sustainable production of quality electricity
• The unit is equipped with an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) system with a variation margin of 1.5% (most of our competitors offer units with AVR at 5%)

Safety and environmental protection

The BXGND6300E generator set is equipped with multiple SAFETY systems:

• OIL LEVEL SAFETY: if the oil level is too low, the engine will automatically shut off
• OVERLOAD SAFETY: if the system detects an overload level that is too high, the circuit breaker trips and the motor shuts down
• ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY: The engine automatically adapts to the energy requirements by varying the operating speed, thus reducing consumption

The start-up

• Just fill up with fuel (Diesel) and classic oil for 4-stroke engines (15W40, 1.6 liter)
• Be sure to put in enough oil because the engine is equipped with a safety device, and if the oil level is too low, the engine will not start
• Check that the battery is connected, open the fuel supply and start the engine by turning the ignition key

Maintenance

• After 20 hours of use: drain the oil + change the air, fuel and oil filters and the spark plug.
• Repeat the operation every 100 hours.
